SYSTEMS WE ARE CERTIFIED FOR
Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Equipment and Upgrades
Designed for large-scale cooling of network rooms and data centers, Data Aire’s CRAC systems offer advanced technology for cooling, humidity control, and air quality monitoring. These systems offer one to 100 tons of cooling capacity, and the ability to scale up or down as needed. Each unit is tested and put through quality control testing to ensure reliability. Data Aire’s equipment uses a variety of innovative cooling techniques, such as free cooling and annexing lower-temperature exterior air. These techniques can dramatically decrease energy costs for enterprise data centers and high-volume network rooms.
VRV (Multi-Split Type Air Conditioners) by Daikin Global
As the creator of variable refrigerant flow technology, Daikin Global offers a highly advanced system that is light, flexible, and reliable, while offering significant energy savings. A Daikin VRV system gives building owners and managers greater temperature control. The variable speed motor inside the system lets the compressor send varying levels of refrigerant to each fan unit, allowing the units to use less energy to create a more stable temperature than traditional systems. A single compressor can accommodate up to 64 indoor fan units. With large allowances for piping length and level difference, this system provides the highest degree of flexibility and is good for both small and large spaces.
VRF Heating or Cooling Systems by Mitsubishi Electric
This system uses Hybrid Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology to efficiently heat and cool rooms. The system uses an exterior unit that sends refrigerant to a Hybrid Branch Circuit (HBC) controller, which can send hot or cold water to multiple internal fan units. This system is ideal for buildings where various temperatures are needed across subspaces, such as hospitals, hotels and offices. It is flexible to design and install. As a unique feature of the hybrid system, there is no refrigerant piped through occupied spaces. This eliminates the need for leak detection.
Honeywell offers a range of gas detection systems that can benefit companies needing to monitor air quality and safety. Options include industrial gas systems, flame detection and portable/wireless gas detectors for field work and expedited communication. Honeywell also offers the most advanced gas detection systems for high-tech and government clients. This technology has the capability to monitor for hundreds of gases, including hydrides, trifluorides, and other semiconductor gases. The Honeywell product line offers the most complete coverage for gas detection available, and detection down to parts per billion levels.
The best thing you can do to prevent the most common HVACR problems is to maintain a schedule of preventative maintenance. Your HVACR technician can advise you on the right time to begin preventative maintenance. Having your system serviced and cleaned regularly will ensure that your system is always running optimally. It can prevent problems like dust and mold buildup, refrigerant leaks, or low air flow. These issues are easier to prevent than they are to fix, so regular preventative maintenance offers significant savings on maintenance costs over time.
Some systems need regular routine maintenance. For instance, as your system ages you may need to set up an ongoing maintenance schedule with your technician to prolong the life of your system. Ongoing maintenance can also help address persistent problems that are significant, but don’t necessarily warrant replacing the entire system.
Issues, such as a refrigerant leak or poorly wired thermostat, will require a repair to get your HVACR system in good working order again. At Fiat, our team is trained to quickly identify issues and complete repairs. We are certified to handle repairs for various systems, even when installed by another vendor. If you think your HVACR system needs a repair, don’t wait – contact a professional right away for a consultation.
